Square Enix has always had an awesome reputation for their heart catching game play and their eye stunning characters. Each and every single Final Fantasy leaves a mark in the gamer's hearts as something that is unforgettable. Most often this mark brings along a lot of emotions that reaches deep down into the reader's minds.
I still remember when Final Fantasy 7 first came out, gamers were obsessed by Cloud and his giant sword. Many became quite attached to the game, playing it over and over again. Even till today, Cloud is still one of the most popular game characters ever. If you were to go to any anime cosplay events. You will notice not just one but many people cosplaying cloud and trying to re-live the memory of that stunning Final Fantasy 7 story.
Many gamers this year will leap up and jump for joy as Square Enix releases the newest Final Fantasy 13 Much will be surprised as this time around, the producers have created a female protagonist to rule the world of Final Fantasy 13. Her style and looks are based on Cloud from Final Fantasy 7. As a matter of fact, the producers at a press conference said that they intended to creat a character in the image of Cloud, a female version of the popular blond hair dude from Final Fantasy 7. So who is the new Character? She is well known as the "Final Fantasy 13 Lightning".
Lightning, as the story goes, is a very indepentent woman, who does not like to talk about herself. She is strong and definately not the soft hearted sweet girl that you find next door. She has high standards to herself and expects a lot from her performances. Her weapon? She uses a huge sword that has the ability to turn into a hand gun.
She is "strong and beautiful", other words to describe her would be "serious", "unforgiving", and "relentless". Her final design, as can be seen in the picture above, is light brown hair with white soldier outfit and brown boots. Earlier designs of her included blond hair and even some asian figures.

I have all final fantasies - FF 1 to FF 13! and I love the graphics in this new game. she is one of my favourite characters in the game and I love her powers. Oh and by the way, She has very light pink hair, not light brown. the picture looks as if she doesn't have pink hair, but she does really! :D
